The ivoryHAUS app and The HAUS membership are developed and provided by Summit Avenue Web Solutions LLC (260 Summit Avenue, Pocono Summit, PA 18346). ivoryHAUS music is the work of Noah Spott. Contact for these terms: support@ivoryhaus.com.

These terms apply to the ivoryHAUS website and the ivoryHAUS iOS app. The website and the app share the same account. Payments for The HAUS are processed on the website, not in the app.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the ivoryHAUS iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

The HAUS is $7/month. It auto-renews through Stripe web checkout on ivoryhaus.com. It is not an Apple In-App Purchase.

The membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime at ivoryhaus.com/account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no refunds for partial periods.

For billing errors, or for a refund required by law, write to support@ivoryhaus.com. If the price changes, you will be emailed in advance. The new price applies from the next renewal.

The music on ivoryHAUS is Noah Spott's own work. Nature sounds are CC0 recordings from Freesound. The music, recordings, artwork, photographs, and writing on this site belong to ivoryHAUS (Noah Spott) unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to listen, read, and share links. Please don't copy, redistribute, sample, or use the music or other content commercially without written permission. To ask about licensing, write to ivoryhausmusic@gmail.com.

Use the site and the app as a normal visitor or member would. Don't attempt to disrupt them, scrape them at scale, or misuse the newsletter form. Membership is sold on this website, not in the app.

The site links to and embeds services run by others: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Bandcamp, Instagram, the merch shop at shop.ivoryhaus.com, and more. Those services have their own terms, and ivoryHAUS isn't responsible for what happens on them. Purchases made through the shop are handled by the shop, not this site.

The site and the app are provided as-is. They aim to be accurate and available, but there's no guarantee they will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, ivoryHAUS isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives at this page with the date above.
